En-Caixar

Nothing is more alive than the living matter, even in the arts: her own body is the piece of art which becomes an artistic piece. Wrapped and naked at the same time, she connects herself to the spaces in which she can be seen – half statue, half dance. Skilfully she composes movement patterns, as artificially or as organically, mostly without text, but always with music in a clever interplay; not like Marina Abramóvic in the suffering and agony of passion, but rather with a hint of pleasure-passion in her own flesh. Anyone waiting for theatre, dance or “performing arts” will be stunned by this still image of a human being; and those who only hope for ready-made images are set in motion by her and with her. Between the arts is her space, and the body is the art piece. In this way, she has recreated herself – and “obra viva” is already now a young, beautiful, disturbing work of art.
